At Hannas Toowoomba, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Hannas tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the return authorization form included in your original parcel or download it from our website to specify if you require an exchange or refund.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Toowoomba storefront via a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5 business days.
